Abstract
Abstract: Mishra Y.(2022)- Heutagogical practices encompass generate, create, explore, collaborate, connect, reflect and share the inner power of learners. There are several heutagogical practices which helps to increase self-efficacy, enables learners to manage their own learning as well as reflect upon what is learned and how it is learned. Heutagogy also promotes collaboration among the learners. the heutagogical practices are self-study, Text book learning, study reference book, search from internet, discussion in groups for new ideas, co-operative learning, collaborative learning, mobile learning, meta learning, cognitive learning, study of library, by the help of the parents, tutors and society, contact with the teachers for doubt clearing etc. So here researcher discussed GIST Model for heutagogical practices of 3year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed programme of Rajendra University, Balangir, Odisha.
