Abstract This study aimed to identify the therapists' knowledge toward creative intervention in treating childhood trauma in Omdurman locality (Al-Tijani Al Mahi Hospital and Ahfad Trauma Centers) as well as, to point out the differences in therapists’ knowledge due to experience variables toward creative intervention in treating childhood trauma. To achieve these goals the researchers used qualitative approach. The study sample consisted of (6) therapists from both gender work with children at Al-Tijani Al Mahi Hospital and Ahfad Trauma Center, face - to - face interviews was used as a tool of data collection which consists of (7) questions that administered by the researchers. Collected data was analyzed through Thematic analysis approach. The study came out with the result that; therapists' at Al Tijani Al-Mahi Hospital and Ahfad Trauma Center have knowledge toward creative intervention in the treatment of childhood trauma experience which influences their implementation of creative intervention technique. The researchers came with these recommendations: establishment of appropriate centers for children with the assistance of talented people to create suitable environment for children counseling and therapy, conduct researches on creative interventions and their role in psychotherapy, and providing creative tools to assist in treating children.
