Abstract
The objective of this research is to ascertain the degree to which Hospital X's use of electronic medical records has benefited the effectiveness and caliber of its health services. The FMEA Methodology is applied in this investigation using a qualitative methodology. The author's research reveals a number of issues that frequently arise when electronic medical records are used in the healthcare industry. A few of these issues include: 1. Inaccuracies in data input, 2. Issues with system integration, 3. Signal distortion; 4. Technology dependent; and 5. Electronic ICD inaccuracy. It is still possible to rectify this small mistake, but if it keeps happening, officers' work will be severely hampered, and patients and hospitals—the relevant parties—will suffer
