Abstract
Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) has better qualities than traditional asphalt mixes, it has attracted a lot of interest recently. In order to improve SMA combinations' performance on Indian highways, cellulose fiber incorporation is being investigated in this laboratory investigation. The aim of the study was to assess the impact of cellulose fiber on the mechanical characteristics and longevity of SMA, with particular attention to its capacity to withstand rutting, moisture damage, and fatigue cracking.
