| Abstract: | This Article explores the history of racist ideas in the United States. It provides a comprehensive look at the development of racist thought from the colonial period to the present day and it examines the lives of key figures and the evolution of policies, showing how racist ideas have shaped American society. Also it delves into the historical context of slavery, segregation, and various social movements, offering a critical perspective on the ongoing struggle against racism. It seems there might be some confusion. Tapestry of History isn't a specific term or concept directly associated with Stamped from the Beginning. This article weaves a complex tapestry of history that traces the development of racist ideas over time and aims to expose these threads to promote a deeper understanding of the historical roots of racism in America. Ibram X. Kendi is an American author and historian. He started his career as an author and focused on nonfiction books about the history of racism in America. |
