A complicated joint is the knee. It is the bodily joint that sustains the most injuries. Soft tissues, such as ligaments or bones in the joint, may be hurt by trauma. The condition of inflammatory synovitis is one that follows trauma. This article describes a case of post-traumatic chronic inflammatory synovitis that has been identified. The treatment plan was chosen with the janu sandhi marmaghata pathophysiology in mind. Treatment was planned considering Sandhi marmaghata. Treatment for symptoms was also taken into account. Within a week, there was a noticeable improvement in metrics like range of motion, knee joint diameter, walking distance, and VAS scale. No recurrence was seen even after the medication was stopped for a year. This multimodular Ayurvedic therapy appears to be secure and effective for speedier healing and superior results.
