This study explores the significance of employee Satisfaction on welfare rule structures for understanding the impacts of the firm pay practices of the representative power. Representative plays a significant job in the modern creation of the organization. Thus, the association should give collaboration to the representatives so as to build the creation and to procure higher benefits. Representatives are the column of the association. They ought to be profited by specific plans like benefits plan, kid’s instruction, Insurance and so forth. The concept of employee welfare is vibrant. Its broad viewpoint and contents are inclined to change, depending on social and economic changes that occur in society.
