| Abstract: | The onboarding process is a critical part of any organization as it helps new hires adjust to the company culture and expectations. This study explores the onboarding process in Annalect, a data and analytics company. The purpose of the study is to understand how Annalect onboards new hires, identify strengths and weaknesses of the current onboarding process, and provide recommendations for improvement. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, including interviews with current employees and a survey of new hires who have recently gone through the onboarding process. The results suggest that Annalect has a strong onboarding process that is designed to help new hires acclimate to the company culture and understand their role within the organization. However, there are areas for improvement, such as providing more structured training and support during the onboarding process. |
