Overall, this research paper highlights the critical role of teachers in the implementation of the NEP 2020 and the need for continuous professional development to ensure the success of the policy. The paper provides useful insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers who are interested in enhancing teacher professional development in the context of the NEP 2020.
