Abstract
The current land registry system faces issues such as fraudulent activities, delayed ownership transfers, and counterfeit land titles, which highlights its inefficiency in providing security and timely settlements. To address these issues, we propose a blockchain-based land registry system. The unique features of blockchain technology, such as transparency, security, persistence, immutability, and decentralization, make it an efficient and cost-effective solution for digital asset management, online payments, remittance transfers, and combating money laundering. Enterprises that use blockchain technology can gain consumer trust due to its secure and transparent nature. This paper proposes a method to create a decentralized application using various trending software technologies
