The objective of this paper is to analyze the comparative evaluation electricity consumption of with or without grid connected 100kw solar PV plant. The paper is divided into various phases. The first phase includes the comparison of the electricity bill with and without grid connected Solar PV plant and to plot various graphs like, (1) Energy consumption (kWh) vs. month, (2) Energy consumption cost vs. month .The second phase includes the comparison of the fuel consumption by the generator before and after installing the solar panel. The third phase includes the study about the direct and indirect advantages of installing a solar panel in this institution for e.g. bill savings and power being supplied back to the grid etc
