Abstract
The Healthcare Industry in India is one of the major contributors to the Indian economy, both in terms of revenue and employment. This Industry has grown rapidly in the last five years on account of digitization, innovation, and newer hybrid business models with the integration of traditionalists and technology enterprises. According to health systems ranking of countries worldwide in 2021, India was ranked 111 out of 167 countries by health index score. In 2022 government of India was estimated to spend over 2 % of the country's GDP on healthcare. This was forecasted to reach over 2.5 % of the GDP by 2025. This study aims to analyze the liquidity, profitability, solvency position of Fortis Healthcare Limited. The reference period of the study is 10 years from 2011-2012 to 2020-2021.the required data were collected from the annual report of the respective company. The result of study strongly reveals that financial performance is better in the study period.
