Abstract
The present study focuses on customer’s perception towards implementation of BS6 emission norms in India and find out if there is any relationship between Emission Norms and satisfaction of various performance factors of the car and also to find if there is any relationship between the fuel used by the vehicle and the satisfaction of performance factors. Research is the process of systematic and in-depth study of any particular topic, subject or any are of Investigation backed by Collection, Compilation, Presentation and Interpretation relevant data’s in detail. The research methodology that has been followed for this study is descriptive research methodology and the sample size of the study is 75. This study aims to find out the preference of Customers towards implementation of BS6 Emission norms. Also this study aims to find out if there is any relationship between the Emission norm of the vehicle and Satisfaction of owners in terms of various performance factors and find out whether the fuel used has any relationship in satisfaction of performance factors of the car. The Primary objective of this study is to find the Customer perception towards implementation of BS6 Emission norms in India. The Secondary objective of this study is to find: Whether the emission has any relationship in satisfying the expectations of new car buyer in terms of Performance Factors. Whether there is relationship between Fuel type used and satisfaction in Performance factors.
