In this article the researcher is studying about A Study of teachers working at senior secondary level of Jodhpur city in the context of Emotional Competence. For this study 100 Teachers 50 Male Teachers and 50 Female Teachers from Jodhpur district been randomly selected. The study was executed by using standard Test (Emotional Competence scale by Dr. H. C. Sharma and Dr. R.L. Bhardwaj For data analysis the researcher has opted statistical techniques like Mean, SD, and t-test. The researcher concluded that there was no significant difference been found in Male and Female Teachers at senior secondary level.
