Abstract
The application of AI is expanding across a variety of sectors, including the financial industry, where it is enabling players to make deft judgments based on data generated by AI. Although using AI to trade stocks is not new, it has advanced significantly. Trading tactics based on artificial intelligence are becoming more and more important in areas such as market analysis, stock selection, stock price prediction, investment, portfolio construction, etc. AI trading analyzes market data and trends using computer algorithms and software. It analyzes data to find patterns and forecast market trends using techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. Effective financial decisions are being made with the help of AI. To make decisions on intelligent asset allocation and stock selection, AI and machine learning use technology to recognize signals and capture underlying relationships between massive data sets. In this chapter, we examine how the usage of various AI tools and software in the stock market is significantly changing stock trading. It is also necessary to study the risks and challenges of AI in stock market forecasting.
