Learning is the process of acquiring new knowledge, understanding, behaviours, skills, values, attitudes, preferences. Language learning is an active process that begins at birth and continues throughout life. Students learn language as they use it to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, establish relationship with family members and friends and strive to make sense and order of their world. Learning a language is an important part of developing critical thinking skills which can be utilized in wilder applications. Learning a language strengthens the brain’s executive functions even outside of language related contexts. It aims to promote global awareness ,International understanding ,and action to solve world problems through content-based learning. This introduces the global issues in language learning, by exploring what it is and what value it can be. . Many students don’t receive Standard Education of English due to Unknowledgeable teachers ,Financial constraints, Lack Of multimedia project teaching and learning system ,and lack of English language club. Global issues can be included in teaching content even when the students are starting to learn the sounds of the language . Some students are very brilliant in language learning in the field of Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and somehow feel very difficulty to learn a language. There are five main problems that generally present themselves when trying to learn a language. These challenges go beyond your obvious Grammar, Vocabulary, Phrasal verbs, and Diction. The challenges encountered most in speaking are student’s lack of vocabulary ,pronunciation problems ,lack of motivation and use of the mother tongue.
