Abstract
High levels of stress, drowsiness, and lack of concentration are some of the main factors that affect the drivers, which can lead to traffic congestion and even accidents. One of the challenges that have caught the attention in the area of research of prevention of traffic accidents is the generation of mechanisms that contribute to monitoring and evaluating the driver by his eye blink condition if eyes are closed for five seconds, then the behavior. The eye blink sensor detects the driver’s drowsiness ultrasonic sensor will detect that vehicle in a 10m distance. If there is any vehicle motor 2 will turn ON to take left and turns OFF or is there is no vehicle within 10m then both motors will be going to OFF State and gives an alert sound. If an accident occurs the vibration sensor gives an alert to Arduino, so the GSM message along with the location will be sent to the appropriate person.
