Fungal infections are a prevalent dermatological concern affecting millions of people worldwide. They are commonly treated with synthetic antifungal agents, which, despite their effectiveness, often lead to side effects such as skin irritation, allergic reactions, and microbial resistance. As a result, there is growing interest in herbal alternatives that offer potent antifungal activity with fewer adverse effects. This study aims to formulate and evaluate an herbal antifungal cream incorporating clove oil (Eugenia caryophyllata) as the primary active ingredient due to its well-established antifungal, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties.The cream was formulated using a natural base, including beeswax, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, aloe vera gel, and emulsifiers, ensuring skin compatibility, stability, and ease of application. The formulation was subjected to physicochemical evaluations, including pH determination, spreadability tests, viscosity measurements, and stability assessments under various environmental conditions to ensure a consistent and effective product.To determine antifungal efficacy, the cream was tested against common fungal strains using the agar plate diffusion method, measuring the zones of inhibition to assess its effectiveness in inhibiting fungal growth. The results demonstrated that the formulated herbal cream possessed a smooth texture, an optimal pH range (5.5–6.5), good spreadability, and stable consistency over time. The antifungal activity tests revealed significant inhibition of fungal growth, validating the potential of clove oil as a natural antifungal agent.Comparative analysis with standard antifungal treatments indicated that the herbal cream exhibited comparable or superior efficacy, reinforcing its potential as an alternative therapy. While the findings are promising, further research, including in vivo studies and clinical trials, is necessary to confirm its safety, long-term efficacy, and mechanisms of action. This study contributes to the growing field of herbal-based antifungal treatments, providing a safer and effective alternative to synthetic formulations
