Abstract

However, not all individuals and communities have equal access to digital tools and technologies, exacerbating existing inequalities. This research paper examines the digital divide—referring to disparities in access to digital technologies—and explores the role of social work in addressing these inequalities. By focusing on the intersection of technology and social justice, the paper highlights how social workers can contribute to bridging the digital divide, promoting inclusivity, and fostering social change in the digital landscape.
