Quality Assurance for Business Intelligence is aimed at ensuring that BI systems supply proper, reliable, and useful information. This comprises data accuracy checking, standardisation of reporting, user education, data security and privacy alongside data quality enhancement. QA leads to accurate conclusions and the optimisation of organisational performance with the help of BI while upgrading data quality and system efficiency. It is an undisputed fact that quality education plays a crucial role in deciding the growth and progress of modern civilisation. Modern schools and colleges are attempting to develop the active improvement of their programs and to maintain quality control for business information. Exploring the current state of educational quality management is the topic of this article in view of the BI systems’ integration and QA in the education sector. In regards to this, it assesses how the conventional QA technique can complemented by using BI tools to enhance data readability, reporting, and decision-making. Thus, the paper, being an analysis of the contribution of BI in enhancing local QA strategies, describes how BI can support operative insights, forecasts, and resource management. It aims to offer a comprehensive framework for combining QA with BI to address the challenges faced by educational institutions, ultimately leading to more effective quality management and continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
