Abstract
Work ethics is a set of principles, values, and beliefs that affect behavior and decisions in personal and professional life. Talking about it in professional life, ideally, most employees consider work ethics as an essential trait to be a successful team member in any organization. The quantity and quality (understanding, accuracy, and timely completion) of work performed by employees are directly related to work ethics at all levels in the organization's hierarchy. This study determines the effect of employees' work ethics on their work performance. It consists of a survey which helped us better understand and analyze the views of employees from the educational sector on this topic and their opinions on various ways to teach the Work Ethics amongst employees. The survey uses a research questionnaire to gather data from respondents. In terms of the correlation between work ethics & individual work performance, the results show that there is a significant connection between these two.
