Tridax procumbens Linn, also known as "Coat Button" or "Tridax Daisy," is a tropical herb with significant historical use in traditional medicine for wound healing, diabetes management, hypertension control, and pain relief. This review covers the plant's botanical characteristics and details the process of formulating soap with its extracts. The formulation involves integrating Tridax procumbens extract into a soap base of carrier oils and lye. Evaluation parameters include physical and chemical properties, antimicrobial activity, stability, foam test, skin sensitivity, and cleansing efficacy.
