### Abstract This study explores customer usage patterns and satisfaction levels with food delivery apps. Through a mixed-method approach involving surveys and interviews, we analyze the factors influencing app selection, frequency of use, and overall satisfaction. Key findings indicate that convenience, user interface, and variety of options are primary drivers of usage, while timely delivery and customer service significantly impact satisfaction. The research also highlights areas for improvement, such as enhancing delivery accuracy and offering more personalized experiences. These insights aim to help app developers and service providers better meet customer expectations and enhance their competitive edge in the market.
