Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education is highly compatible with the concept of “moral education” in “moral and law” course, and integrating “Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education” into the teaching process of “moral and law” course is beneficial to the implementation of the cultivation of new men of the times who will take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation in the new era. In the construction of teaching content, the teaching of “moral and law” should first grasp the true meaning of labor in Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education, and make it clear that labor is the common value of the community, society and the individual. Secondly, we should grasp the labor tradition of Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education, and carry out the inspirational education of “people create history and labor creates the future”. Again, we grasp the labor ideals of Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education, and promote the socialist spirit of labor, especially the spirit of initiative. Finally, we grasp the labor norms of Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education and promote harmonious labor relations in the new era. In terms of the practical path, firstly, we should consolidate the teaching content of the course and promote Xi Jinping’s philosophy of labor education to be integrated into the content of the “moral and law” course. Secondly, we will develop the practical content of the curriculum and promote the integration of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor education into the classroom teaching method of “moral and law” course. Lastly, we will carry out labor education into the community to build a new pattern of “moral and law” and “great ideological and political class”.
