Effective communication is crucial in legal advocacy, as it enables lawyers to persuade judges, juries, and clients. This study examines the role of communication skills training in law schools in developing persuading techniques in legal advocacy. By analyzing existing literature and conducting interviews with legal professionals, this research highlights the importance of communication skills training in law schools and its impact on the persuading abilities of lawyers. Effective communication is a vital component of legal advocacy, as it enables lawyers to convey complex legal information, build trust with clients, and persuade judges and juries. This study examines the role of effective communication in legal advocacy, analyzing existing literature and conducting interviews with legal professionals to understand its significance and impact.
