Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine the impact of liquidity and capital structure on the profitability of PT Trancoal Pacific Tbk (TPCI). This research aims to assess the impact of liquidity and capital structure on the profitability of PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TPCI). This research uses statistics as a way of processing data. We conducted data processing using descriptive statistical tests and classical assumption testing. Subsequently, we used several approaches to multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. This research will use traditional assumption tests like the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, and the autocorrelation test. The study's findings on multiple linear regression analysis indicate that liquidity has a partial impact on profitability, whereas capital structure partly influences profits. Both liquidity and capital structure have a simultaneous and considerable impact on profitability.
