Abstract
Due to its multiple presentations of shingles and chickenpox, the Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) poses a threat to global health. Even with vaccination campaigns, recurrent infections can still occur because to low immunity and insufficient coverage, particularly in older and immunocompromised people. Current vaccines guard against chickenpox, but they also have the potential to reactivate shingles. Although VZV is distributed geographically throughout the world, annual epidemics are more common in temperate regions and often occur in late winter or early spring. According to one perspective, early detection of symptoms is crucial for infection management and prompt treatment. study emphasized the value of bioinformatics research in the molecular diagnosis of the varicella zoster virus3, particularly in the context of primer-based diagnosis. Methodology specifics of the developed process that may help with decision-making.
