Abstract Work stress up to a certain limit serves as provocation still, when it crosses boundaries, it has a major impact on the physical and internal health of hand and as a result, the productivity of the workers ’ decreases. Load, noise, poor lighting and poor office or workplaces beget problems similar as reduced attention and productivity. The purpose of this study is to gather information on goods of work stress on cerebral well- being and job satisfaction. The methodology espoused in this study is the review of literature and birth of data from colorful sources like papers, journals, and government websites and so on. The findings of the study suggest that there's an inverse relationship between work stress, cerebral good and job satisfaction. A reduction in work stress enhances cerebral well being and an enhanced cerebral well being leads to high position of job satisfaction. The findings further suggests that work stress can be reduced by furnishing applicable training by using advanced accoutrements & technology, proper breaks & naps, better working condition, competitive compensation and the such like.
