Disputes, hazards, and complexity abound in the construction sector, which can have a big influence on how well projects turn out. International construction projects routinely accept and use standard forms of contracts produced by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). This essay examines how FIDIC contracts can help construction projects run more smoothly, reduce risks, and settle disputes. This study emphasizes the vital role that FIDIC contracts play in fostering efficiency, fairness, and transparency in the construction sector by analyzing the many types of these contracts, their applicability, advantages, and disadvantages.
