Abstract
This study explores the impact of effective onboarding on the integration, job satisfaction, and performance of new employees at Five Star Business Finance Ltd. Onboarding is a critical process that acclimates new hires to the organizational culture, expectations, and roles within a company. This research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from recent hires and HR professionals at Five Star Business Finance Ltd. The findings reveal that structured onboarding programs significantly enhance new employee integration, leading to higher job satisfaction and improved performance metrics. The study identified key elements of successful onboarding include clear communication of job responsibilities, continuous support and feedback, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment. The study concludes with recommendations for optimizing onboarding practices to sustain employee engagement and organizational success
