Abstract
This study aims to design a diagnosis enforcement system to address claim issues for inpatient BPJS Healthcare users. By utilizing the Agile Software Development method, an advanced approach from the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) to facilitate the development of applications that require a short amount of time and provide a higher success rate in application development, it is hoped that the results of this study can significantly contribute to improving health services, especially in terms of resolving claims for inpatient BPJS Healthcare users. The designed system is also expected to be used as a communication medium between doctors and medical recorders to determine diagnosis codes. In addition to providing solutions to problems in the claiming process, this system is created to minimize other issues, such as inefficient work due to having to open many applications, search for and open patient medical records and other necessary data, causing medical recorders to not focus on a single work activity. To ensure the system can be operated well, it is necessary to socialize and introduce every feature within this system. Regular system checks and development are also essential for the system's continuity to ensure users feel comfortable with the system created.
