Acne is skin condition which every individual comes across in his life time. Acne medically known as Acne vulgaris. Propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus epidermis are the bacteria for formation of acne. Acne is one of the socially distressing conditions especially for adolescents. Now-a-days there is more demand for herbal formulations rather than chemical products. The purpose of the present study was to formulate and clinically evaluate the herbal anti-acne cream. 3 formulations were formulate by using the Catharanthus roseus flower and aloe vera plant and it’s evaluation tests were done like pH test, homogeneity, washability, irritancy test which show great results. This formulations are safe for skin .So, we suggest that further studies will help in developing this formulation as a marketed product
