Abstract
The study has been undertaken to concisely understand the concept of ratification of Agency and its importance in determining the rights and duties of the parties. The law aims to take every possible step to evaluate the validity of a contract that has been entered into with or without authority. This study shows what acts can be ratified and what not. The Indian Contract Act has developed the law related to contracts so that all the parties involved in the contract have a lawful and valuable contractual obligation against each other.
