Abstract
In today's competitive market, understanding consumer behavior is paramount for businesses to formulate effective marketing strategies. This study delves into the intricate dynamics of purchase behavior towards chemical products, aiming to provide insights crucial for marketing practitioners in this industry. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. Through a sample representative of diverse demographics and purchasing backgrounds, the study explores various factors influencing consumer decision-making processes in the chemical product sector. Key findings reveal that consumer purchase behavior towards chemical products is influenced by a multitude of factors, including product characteristics, brand reputation, price sensitivity, perceived quality, and environmental concerns.
