| Abstract: | The research paper aims to investigate the correlation between dairy supply chain management (DSCM) practices and operational performance by analysing various DSCM practices such as Information and Communication Technology Practices, Supplier Relationship Practices, Supply Chain Manufacturing Practices, Warehousing Management System, Transportation Management System, and Customer Relationship Management. The primary focus of the study is to explore the challenges and issues faced in Supply Chain Management within the Indian dairy industry. The ultimate goal is to provide recommendations based on the findings to companies that are in the early stages of implementing dairy supply chain management and enhancing integration with customers and suppliers. |
