This paper embarks on a comprehensive examination of UE5's revolutionary influence on FPS games, dissecting its unparalleled technological advancements and the subsequent enhancement in game design paradigms. With the introduction of UE5, developers are equipped with sophisticated tools and features designed to bridge the gap between visionary concepts and tangible realities, redefining benchmarks of graphical fidelity, interactive gameplay, and narrative depth. Central to this exploration is an analysis of UE5's core offerings, such as the groundbreaking Nanite virtualized geometry and Lumen real-time global illumination[2].
