| Abstract: | This study examines the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its influence within various organizational contexts. OCB refers to employee actions that exceed formal job requirements and contribute positively to the organization's success. The review highlights the multifaceted nature of OCB, encompassing dimensions like altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. It acknowledges the potential limitations of OCB research, including self-reported data bias and limited generalizability.
