शोध पत्र सार - राजस्थानी एक पुरातन, वृहद और संपूर्ण भाषा रूप में विद्यमान है जिसका अपना विदित इतिहास, लिपि व युगानुरूप प्रचुर साहित्य है। लेकिन फिर भी लगातार मातृभाषायी मौलिक अधिकार की मांग के बाद भी इसे अभी तक संवैधानिक मान्यता नहीं दी गयी है और मातृभाषा में शिक्षा अधिनियम 2009 के बाद भी राजस्थान की प्राथमिक शिक्षा व उच्च शिक्ष में राजस्थानी भाषा को स्थान नहीं मिला है। जबकि भारत के अन्य राज्यों में उनकी मातृभाषा प्रथम भाषा के रूप में मान्य है भले वह राजस्थानी भाषा के जितनी समृद्ध नहीं है। इसे हिन्दी की बोली करार पटक दिया गया है । इसीलिए इसके एक हजार साल के वृहतर इतिहास के प्रमाण इस पत्र में प्रस्तुत किये जायेगें जिससे यह प्रामाणित हो कि इसे मान्यता देना आवश्यक है। मेरे शोध का विषय ‘राजस्थानी भाषा की संवैधानिक मान्यता - एक राजनैतिक अध्ययन‘ है। इसी से जुड़े इस शोध पत्र का उद्देश्य राजस्थानी भाषा की ऐतिहासिकता के प्रमाण सामने लाना है जिससे इस बात को और बल मिले कि यह केवल बोली नहीं सदियों से एक स्वतंत्र भाषा है जिसे आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। इस भाषा के अपने कईं पुराअभिलेख, ग्रंथ, शब्दकोष व विपुल साहित्य है। ‘दारोगा दस्तरी बही‘, ‘अचलदास खीची री वचनिका‘ व ‘ठिकाना पाल री ख्यात‘ के माध्यम से लिखित राजस्थानी भाषा के एक हजार साल के प्रमाण दिये जायेगें।
