Abstract: In this article, there is a brief discussion on How the US Hegemony was seriously threatened by the rise of the Chinese state. Power Transition Theory (PTT) holds that power is essential to comprehending the international system because it serves as a relative power that illustrates the need for both peace and conflict in the system. Therefore, the ability to force or persuade a revolutionary act to comply with demands is the essence of power. The study is a qualitative investigation of previously published papers and research, as well as grounded facts. According to the document analysis, China and the US are not likely to go to war on any political or economic issue because both nations operate on the basis of shared interests. If China follows through on all of its goals for economic progress, it will be regarded as an economic powerhouse; but, the US will continue to lead in both the political and military spheres. China's challenge to the United States will come from its expanding economy. In order to offset American military might, China is anticipated to invest more in security and significantly expand its military than the US. This is in addition to its growing economic might. China has the ability to threaten the United States' hegemonic position in the world given its expanding global stature.
