In the pursuit of sustainable and clean energy solutions, solar power has emerged as a beacon of hope globally, and India is no exception. As one of the world's fastest-growing economies, India has made significant strides in harnessing solar energy to meet its growing power demands while addressing environmental concerns. The literature survey on solar air heaters reveals a rich landscape of research exploring heat transfer dynamics. Investigations into rib height variations emphasize their significant impact on thermal performance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, particularly using ANSYS software, play a pivotal role in visualizing fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics. The study underscores the importance of rib shape considerations and validates results against base papers. The findings advance understanding of fluid dynamics within solar collectors, providing valuable insights for optimizing solar air heater designs in the quest for enhanced efficiency and sustainable energy solutions.
