Abstract
The escalating environmental concerns associated with plastic waste necessitate innovative solutions for recycling and reusing materials. This research presents the design and development of a highly efficient plastic bottle shredding machine aimed at enhancing the recycling process. The machine incorporates cutting-edge technology to address the challenges associated with plastic waste management. The shredder is equipped with a robust and durable cutting mechanism capable of efficiently reducing plastic bottles into smaller, uniform pieces. A high-torque electric motor ensures optimal performance, while safety features are integrated to prevent accidents during operation. The machine's compact design and user-friendly interface make it suitable for various recycling facilities and initiatives.
