| Abstract: | Abstract: The genre Nonsense literature is comparatively recent phenomenon in literature. It is quite difficult to define what nonsense is because no definition perfectly suits its entirety. The readers are called upon either to “make sense of” that which claims to offer up no meaning or to surrender ourselves to meaninglessness. Yet readers enjoy nonsense for the sheer effect of laughing our and purging the mind and the soul off the malaise that affects them.
