Abstract:
Nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticle were synthesized through Chemical Co-Precipitation Method at room temperature using [Ni(NO3)2.6H2O] and (NH3) as a raw material and water (H2O) as solvent. It were NiO particle investigated and characterized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) Analysis technique. the result of (SEM) analysis showed that NiO nanoparticle have a different scale crystallite size are 10μm, 5μm, 2μm and 1μm of average diameter and 99 % purity and ctrystal structure. XRD analysis present report show that NiO average crystallite size of wavelength (λ = 1.54060 Å) (CuKα1). It has been studied SEM-EDS and XRD Analysis.
