Abstract
Abstract : Corporate have to look to another source of energy,from fossil fueled energy to green energy for a better future. This movement start at 2000 and begin to rise after Paris agreement at 2016. This study have the purpose to analize the influence between good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility from net profit margin impactfull within stock return of mining company at the 49 mining company that listing in Indonesia stock exchange from 2011 until 2020. This research employs a panel data regression model, the study examines the impact of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and profitability margin on stock return measurements, specifically, price-earning ratio and dividend yield. The results indicate there is no influence for price-earning ratio and dividend yield. The resulting equation is as follows: PER = 5,650640 + 0,261937 GCG – 0,227681 CSR + 0,445555 PM DY = -2,505838 + 1,182855 GCG + 1,701164 CSR + 1,099402 PM
