Research was to investigate the factors influencing consumers' choice between online and offline channels when purchasing high-quality products and to understand the role of individual versus familial decision-making in consumer purchase behavior. Quantitative survey method targeting a diverse sample of consumers. Structured questionnaire focusing on factors influencing purchase decisions. Presentation of survey findings regarding consumer preferences for online and offline purchase channels based on product quality. consumer purchase patterns concerning product quality and the choice between online and offline channels.
