Abstract: Abstract- Recently Cloud computing has become one of the popular techniques adopted by both industry and academia providing a flexible and efficient way to store and retrieve the data files. The Service Provider plays an important role in transmitting information across the cloud. Load balancing is one of the critical components for efficient operations in the cloud computing environment. Load balancing in the cloud computing environment has an important impact on the performance. Good load balancing makes cloud computing more efficient and improves user satisfaction computing in order to have a better performance and less response time in the cloud computing. This paper gives a better load balancing model for the public cloud using cloud partitioning concept with a switch mechanism to choose different strategies for different situations.
