Abstract
This study aimed to assess and describe the feedback on the curriculum among nurses at Alshifa nursing college through a descriptive cross-sectional survey, conducted among a representative sample of nursing students, emphasized anonymity to encourage candid responses. Key findings revealed diverse perspectives on curriculum components, highlighting both strengths and area for improvement. Participants expressed satisfaction with certain aspects, such as clinical relevance, but also identified challenges in specific teaching methods. The data analysis employed statistical methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of the feedback. Collaboration with Alshifa nursing college administration facilitated a seamless survey process. The results offer valuable insights for curriculum enhancement, supporting continuous improvement in nursing education. This study contributes to the on-going dialogue on refining nursing education to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
