Abstract
This paper present part of the findings of the research titled Assessing the Role of Postmortem in Radio Program. Drawing from the context of Tanzanian radio stations, the study investigates how quality of radio program are enhancing by postmortem .Through a comprehensive analysis of findings, the paper provides recommendations for radio stations, educational institutions and industry stakeholders to optimize the use of postmortem practices. This research contributes to the evolving discourse on media evaluation and program improvement in the Tanzanian media landscape.
