In our culture, teachers are essential. Emotional intelligence is a necessary quality for trainee instructors, who will educate the nation's future educators. This will impact the way they teach. Individual differences can be observed in the two dimensions of emotional intelligence and instructional effectiveness. This issue is highlighted in the current study, which also found that trainee instructors had high levels of emotional intelligence and effective teaching. In our culture, teachers are essential. Emotional intelligence is a necessary quality for trainee instructors, who will educate the nation's future educators. This will impact the way they teach. Individual differences can be observed in the two dimensions of emotional intelligence and instructional effectiveness. The current study emphasises this issue from its perspective and they came to the conclusion that the student instructors do well both academically and emotionally.
