| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyse factors of consumer buying behavior for Herbal Products in Chandigarh and Shimla cities. The present study was based on the pre structured questionnaire and collected from 400 respondents of Shimla and Chandigarh. Factor analysis, Principal Component analysis, KMO and Bartlett's Test, Factor Loading, Eigen Values, Factor Score, Rotation method using for the present study. The data revealed that respondents influenced by advertisements while buying herbal FMCG products Mean (3.02). Thus four factors were identified during the study. |
